About LOW

Our Philosophy

The "Living Outside the Walls" program is a holistic reentry and reintegration initiative designed to provide incarcerated individuals with the skills, resources, and support necessary for a successful transition back into society. By addressing both pre-release preparation and post-release reintegration, this program aims to reduce recidivism, enhance public safety, and promote self-sufficiency for returning citizens.

Our Commitment

  • Reduce      recidivism through evidence-based reentry strategies.
  • Equip      participants with emotional regulation, communication, and workforce      readiness skills.
  • Enhance      community and family engagement for long-term stability.

Our History

Founded in the early 2019, LOW has a rich history that focuses on  improving the lives of the incarcerated and the formerly incarceration. We remain committed to partnering with Department of Corrections to accomplish our common goal a rehabilitated life.

The "Living Outside the Walls" program is an evidence-based, cost-effective approach to reducing recidivism and improving reintegration outcomes. Its comprehensive curriculum and structured support systems address the multifaceted needs of incarcerated individuals, empowering them to achieve long-term success. We welcome the opportunity to partner with the Bureau of Prisons to implement this impactful program.
